Although arthritis in its various forms is certainly responsible for
its share of joint pain and inflexibility, the aging process and its
accompanying normal wear and tear on joints can, by itself, be

flexibility using a combination of herbal ingredients and one amino acid,

Boswellia serrata (frankincense), and ginger oil, you may not be as
familiar with the amino acid L-Histidine or Polygonum cuspidatum root.
L-Histidine is an amino acid usually found deficient in cases of
arthritis, and Polygonum cuspidatum, a member of the buckwheat family,
contains resveratrol, which has been shown to demonstrate antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory, and analgesic activity.
